What is the difference between Reformer and Mat Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses specialized equipment to add resistance and support, while Mat Pilates focuses on bodyweight movement to build core strength, stability, and control.

What can I expect from a class at Reformed?

Are classes small?

What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement and proper alignment. Avoid overly loose clothing.

Are grip socks required?
Yes, non-slip grip socks are required for all classes. They can be purchased in-studio or brought from home.

How do I book a class?
Classes must be booked in advance through our website or mobile app.

Can I book multiple classes at once?
Yes, you can book multiple classes ahead of time depending on availability.

Do I need to download the app?
You can book through the website or app, though the app is the easiest way to manage your schedule.

Arrival & Studio Policies

How early should I arrive for class?
We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in.

What happens if I arrive late?
The studio door locks 5 minutes after class begins and remains locked for the duration of class. Late entry is not permitted.

Why is late entry not allowed?
This ensures safety, focus, and an uninterrupted experience for all clients.

Do I need to inform the instructor about injuries or conditions?
Yes, please let your instructor know before class so modifications can be provided if needed.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?
Classes must be cancelled at least 10 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid fees or loss of class credit.

What happens if I cancel late?
For class series and single classes, late cancellations result in the class being forfeited. For memberships, a late cancellation fee may apply.

Membership & Pricing

What membership options do you offer?
We offer The Essential Practice, The Consistent Practice, and The Daily Practice, designed to support different levels of consistency.

Do memberships include both Reformer and Mat classes?

Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, memberships can be paused for a minimum of 7 days and up to 30 days per calendar year. Requests must be submitted in advance.

Are memberships or class packages refundable?
No, all memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do class packages expire?
Yes, expiration varies by package type and is shown at the time of purchase.

Studio Policies & Etiquette

Is there an age requirement to attend classes?
Yes, clients must be at least 16 years old. Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian waiver.

What is studio etiquette?
Shoes must be removed upon entry, and we ask that all clients arrive on time and respect the shared space.

Are there clothing or jewelry restrictions?
Avoid clothing with zippers, buckles, or sharp hardware. Remove jewelry that may interfere with movement or equipment.

What is your health and safety policy?
Please inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions prior to class so appropriate modifications can be provided.
