Reformer Foundations
A beginner-friendly reformer Pilates class designed for those new to Pilates or looking to refine their foundation.
You’ll learn proper form, alignment, and essential reformer movements at a supportive, comfortable pace with guided instruction throughout.
No prior experience needed.
Reformer Flow
A full-body reformer Pilates class focused on strength, control, and alignment.
Expect smooth transitions, thoughtful pacing, and a steady flow that builds stability, endurance, and full-body strength through controlled movement.
Mat Align
A mat Pilates class focused on deep core strength, alignment, and body awareness.
Through precise, intentional movement, this class builds stability and control while supporting and enhancing your overall Pilates practice.
If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend beginning with Reformer Foundations to learn the basics and build confidence in a supportive small group setting. From there, you can add Mat Align to strengthen your core and refine your form, then progress into Reformer Flow when you’re ready.
